    OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT OPTIONS OF 440 VOLT INVERTER.
    0: DISABLED.

    1:EFFECTIVE THE MOTORS FLUX FALLS AUTOMATICALLY  WHEN THE OUTPUT VOLTAGES REACHES SATURATION STATUS.

    INVERTER/MOTOR CURRENT.

    NOTE:  OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT ACTION IS DISABLED , IF THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE REACHES SATURATION STATUS, THE OUTPUT CURRENT HAS NO CHANGE BUT THE TORQUE PRECISION CAN NOT BE ACHIEVED PLEASE SET THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT TO BE EFFECTIVE IN THE OCCASION WHICH REQUIRES HIGH PRECISION . OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT FUNCTION IS EFFECTIVE . THE MOTOR AUTOMATICALLY  CONTROLS THE FLUX CURRENT . THE TORQUE PRECISION CAN BE ENSURED DUE TO THE VOLTAGE LIMIT.

    COMPARED TO THE OCCASION WHERE OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT IS DISABLED , THE OUTPUT CURRENT HERE IS MAXIMALLY 10% HIGHER ( WITH RATED LOAD) THERE FORE PLEASE CHECK THE INVERTERS CURRENT AGAIN.

    440 VOLT INVERTER SPEED.

    NOTE:  IT IS ONLY USED IN THE OCCASION WITH MEDIUM LOW SPEED OCCASION AND THE POWER SUPPLY  VOLTAGE IS 10% HIGHER THAN THE MOTORS RATED VOLTAGE  ,I,E, WHEN NOT CONSIDERING THE SPEED PRECISION IN HIGH  SPEED AREA  C 3-0 6 HAS NO NEED TO CHANGE.

    440 VOLT INVERTER OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT.

    2: WHEN THE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS MUCH LOWER THAN THE MOTORS RATED VOLTAGE THE SPEED PRECISION CAN NOT BE ENSURED EVEN THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE LIMIT FUNCTION IS EFFECTIVE.

    SLIP COMPENSATION SELECTION DURING REGENERATION OF 440 VOLT INVERTER

    SLIP COMPENSATION OPTIONS IN THE REGENERATION ACTION 0:SLIP
    COMPENSATION DURING REGENERATION IS EFFECTIVE  1:SLIP COMPENSATION DURING REGENERATION IS ALSO EFFECTIVE .

    BRAKING UNIT OF INVERTER.

    NOTE:  WHEN THE SLIP COMPENSATION DURING REGENERATION  FUNCTION HAS BEEN ACTIVATED , AS REGENERATION CAPACITY INCREASES MOMENTARILY  IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO USE A BRAKING OPTION (BRAKING RESISTOR UNIT OR BRAKING UNIT).

    FLUX CALCULATION METHOD OF 440 VOLT INVERTER.

    THE OPTION OF FLUX CALCULATION METHODS  0: FLUX IS CALCULATION BASED ON THE OUTPUT FREQUENCY AFTER COMPENSATION  1: FLUX IS CALCULATION BASED ON THE OUT PUT FREQUENCY  BEFORE COMPENSATION .SETTING RANGE IS 0.1 AND FACTORY SETTING IS 0

    SLIP COMPENSATION PRIMARY DELAY TIME OF 440 VOLT INVERTER

    it is set in units of ms ,

    note: this constant dose not normally need to be set , adjust the slip compensation primary delay time if the motor slip compensation responsiveness is low, or if the speeds are unstable . if responsiveness is low lower the setting , if speeds are unstable , raise the setting.setting range is 0~10000.and factory setting is 200.

    SLIP COMPENSATION LIMIT OF 440 VOLT INVERTER.

    constant c 3~0 3 sets the slip compensation limit as a percentage of motor rated slip (e 2- 0 2) with the motor rated slip taken as 100%.

    COMPENSATION FREQUENCY OF INVERTER.

    note:  it is used to set the slip compensation limit as a percentage of motor rated slip (e 2 – 0 2) with the motor rated slip taken as 100%. if the speed is lower than the target value and dose not change even, when the slip compensation gain is adjusted it is possible that the slip compensation limit has been reached raise . check again make sure however that the value of the sum of the reference frequency and the slip compensation limit dose not exceed the speed capacity of the machinery.compensation frequency value is C 3~o 3 .
